Blogaversary

Happy blogaversary to me - Deanna’s Corner is two years old today!
To celebrate, Ane has named me her fairy godmother, but informed me that I need to find a magic wand.
Tad is celebrating with a new word - he held up his stuffed Lightning McQueen this morning and proudly told me: “Car.” He was quite pleased with himself, and kept repeating it all through breakfast.
I am celebrating with a pot of coffee and a two-star Sudoku puzzle.
And, a funny anecdote for all of my fans…
I stripped my bed yesterday to do a load of sheets (plus have the opportunity to sneak Tad’s very smelly bunny into the wash). Ane watched me with serious interest, and asked what I was doing. I told her I was going to wash the sheets.
“Oh,” she said. Then she thought some more. “Mommy, did you have a bloody nose?”
