I win one against the big bad Brown
After three phone calls to customer service centers (one of which at least had to be in India), and being told that I live in an apartment complex all three times, someone finally was able to read a map and deliver my package from UPS!
We also got an extremely apologetic phone call from a local UPS supervisor, who hopefully kicked some butt after discovering that my package, which he “personally handed to the driver” on Thursday, didn’t get delivered that day.
Like I said, the package itself wasn’t vital, but it’s the principle of the thing! UPS is not on my good side at the moment. We’ll see if they can redeem themselves the next time around.

Huzzah! Well done on your victory over call centres!!!! ( I used to work in one and so I’ve seen both sides of the coin) They may be a good idea, but they just don’t work! Glad you eventually got your package!
