Help!

If anyone out there knows how to make an almost 4-year-old sleep through the night again without having to give up her afternoon nap, PLEASE let me know immediately. We are suffering greatly here!

Speaking from experience of having one child, but that child being the Webmaster, they may have inherited that ugly trait of waking in the middle of the night until age 5. However, I usually got him down for a nap if we went to the park first, where he ran around with other children for about an hour. On rainy days we went to the mall or visited other kids “stuck inside.” Evenings, a good game of wrestling or hide & seek with Papa did the trick, until about 3 A.M. Let’s hope and pray this is just a phase 🙂 Nana

When I was younger, my mom use to have a tape player in my room, and she’d just pop a casette tape in of either classical music or something like Simon and Garfunkle, or similar. I had problems sleeping, and the doctor told her to do this, because more than likely it was because my mind ran all night long. The music kind of just takes your mind off of things I guess.

I don’t know if that would help in this situation, but it did wonders for me.

Huh? You mean this happens? I don’t even want to contemplate that. *shudder*

I’d try a shot of tequila. For you, I mean.
