Down to the wire
It seems that I’m finishing my “baby” samplers that I’ve been cross-stitching right before said “baby” turns three.
Granted, I did make the Brain’s and Ane’s samplers well before their third birthdays, but Head got his for his third birthday, and I am nearly done with Tad’s, just in time for his birthday next week.
All I have to do is fill in his name, birthdate, and birth weight in the middle section. But other than that, it’s DONE!
And then I have to start Belle’s. And she turns three next March. Uh-oh.

Wow it looks great! You did pick a detailed one, no wonder it took you so long.

You are right on track. Hand made gifts with that much love put into them just take time. And I can see lots of love in Tad’s beautiful sampler. Great work!
It would look beautiful as the centerpiece in a quilt too. Hint, hint! You would make a great quilter. It just goes with the stitchery and card making and scrapmaking.

That is really cute! So Auletta can expect hers sometime in 2010? 😉
