Kids’ Table

Since Tad can’t sit properly in most booster seats, or even his old high chair, he has to sit at our little kids’ table in order to feed himself (which, naturally, he insists on doing). We borrowed the gray chair he’s sitting on from his Sunday School classroom. In order to make him feel like this is a treat, not a punishment or any kind of separation from the rest of us, Ane sits at the table with him.

They are actually behaving fairly well when they eat there – no food fights or excessive yelling at each other. I do look forward to getting them both back to the “real” dinner table, though. I miss eating together at the same table with them.

Big day tomorrow – expect a double post!

Tad totally looks like he’s kickin’ back. Glad to see he’s taking everything in stride.

And what a good big sister!
