Baby Playdate

Ane and I paid a visit yesterday to the Handy House to play. It was the first time that I’d seen Handy Baby with her eyes open. And, of course, I couldn’t miss the opportunity to take some really cute pictures of her.

Three weeks old! And just look at those eyes!

Although, like most babies, those eyes can get a tiny bit crossed sometimes. Like when her brother holds her for a picture, for example.

And of course, Ane the baby-crazy had to have her turn holding Handy Baby.

*sigh* Ane used to be that small. She looks like such a big girl next to Handy Baby.

We spent a couple of hours at the Handy House – Ane played with Handy Boy and I held Handy Baby and put her to sleep after she got over a case of the hiccups. I’m very boring, apparently. Handy Boy kept asking for Tad – apparently, he thought we’d left him in the car or something (he was at home with the Webmaster). But we had a very fun time and are hopefully going to make plans for some regular play dates to distract the kids and preserve Handy Mom’s sanity. Good thing we only live 5 minutes away from each other.

Incidentally, today is Handy Dad’s birthday… so, happy birthday to Handy Dad, who has a couple of really cute kids to his credit. 🙂
