Lookalikes
Family lore holds that Auntie looked very much like me as a child. Now, as a teenager, she’s more a cross between me and Ressis, I think.
And Ane looks like her mother – despite being much fairer and blue-eyed.
So, Auntie did Ane’s hair to match hers the other day when she was over… and then I took a picture.
Yup, I think they’re related.

I think Auntie looks a lot like the Captain too, they have the same coloring. In her early teenage years, she looked a lot more like him than me, but I think she’s grown out of that. I don’t know why people are always so surprised when siblings look alike (people do that with my kids a lot, they’ve been mistaken for twins), it’s just what happens when you have the same parents as someone else.
