The other end of the table

The other end of the kitchen table is LEGO World.

This is where Tad re-enacts the Battle of Hoth on a regular basis.  He loves the ability to play with them, walk away and do something else, and then come back and play again.

His two favorite pieces, by far, are the snowspeeder…

and his midi-scale Millennium Falcon.

The only problem with the midi-scale is that no minifigures can fit inside the Falcon itself.  And call me crazy, but I wasn’t going to spend hundreds of dollars on a full-scale Falcon – and Tad didn’t have enough in his fire truck bank.  But he could afford the midi-scale one.  And, being Tad, he found a creative solution to his problem.

Smart kid.

Tad and Uncle Oddball should get together and play LEGOS sometime.

I like how Han has his hoodie on. It’s cold in space, after all.

May your table always be busy with eats, homework, coupons, games, papers & such. The only time we sisters cleared our family table was when we played pingpong on it.
