Mama, Build It

As soon as we got in the car to go home from church on Sunday, the refrain started in the backseat.

“Mama, we go home, you build my Batmobile LEGOs?  Please, Mama?”

I knew I wasn’t going to get any peace until it was built.

It took me 35 minutes to build the Batmobile.

After it was done…

… Tad then told me to finish building the rest of the set – Two-Face’s car and the bank.  But he was now happy enough with the Batmobile to not be breathing down my neck while the rest of it was built.

So, I spent a total of 90 minutes building this LEGO set.

And then I took a nap.  Because I’d earned it.
