It’s A…

I’m honestly surprised.  I thought this one would be a girl.

Ane is taking it very well – she’s just excited about a real, live new baby.  She has always loved and adored Rerun, and the thought of “tiny baby” is overriding any other thoughts at this point.

Tad was of a more practical bent, and wanted to know what his name was.  I suggested (playfully) that we name his new brother Great White Shark.  When Tad said no, I offered Bruce Wayne.  Surprisingly, he shot that one down, too.  He told me I was being “too silly.”

Rerun, being a two and a half year old, said (in front of his father and his Gichan, so I have witnesses), “What’s a brovver?”

Well, we know how to do boys.  And we need almost nothing for this new little boy – he will be born in March, the same month that Rerun was born in, so he is destined for a life of hand-me-downs.  Like he’ll care.

Aside from work on a real name, we now need a blog name!
