It Didn’t Last, So I Took A Picture

Behold the glory of a homemade banana pudding.

It didn’t last the evening.

Because we have restricted water usage going on, Friend and Doc kindly hosted dinner at their house yesterday for our weekly Sunday dinner.  We brought the salad, and I made one of Doc’s favorite desserts, banana pudding.  The recipe is Alton Brown’s (which means it’s AWESOME) and it was a hit with all the kids (except Tad, who was not in a banana mood and prefers chocolate anyway, and Rerun, who likes cookies and cakes better than cold stuff like ice cream and pudding.  They don’t know what they’re missing).

Sometimes, a bowl of pudding for dessert is just necessary.
