The Season Takes It Out Of You

Thumper was so tired when we got back on Sunday night from Friend and Doc’s house, that he really didn’t wake up when I got him out of the car.

I feel like this is an apt metaphor for my life at the moment.

Of course, once Rerun saw a camera, he wanted in.

“Never let a photo op go to waste” is Rerun’s motto.

That boy is strange.  And his little brother was quite asleep.  He got in his jammies and went to bed without barely waking up.
