The Webmaster Goes To The Top of a Hill

But is he over it?

Today is the Webmaster’s birthday, and it’s a big one.  It starts with a 4 and ends with a zero.

Yesterday is when I pulled out the big surprise, though.  I told the Webmaster that I’d made dinner plans.  We dropped the kids (with pizza) off at my parents’ house.  Then we drove over to one of his favorite spots, Redhook Brewery in Woodinville.

Then I promptly abandoned him to a surprise birthday dinner with some of the guys.  He was caught totally unaware.  Surprise achieved!

I’d been getting this planned for about a month, and he didn’t suspect a thing.  And he had a great time.

The kids and I will celebrate tonight with him.  We have lots of ice cream in the freezer.
