Boy Plus Dog

We have a visitor, and she’s making herself right at home.  And she takes her job of guarding Thumper seriously.

Yes, Talli is staying with us for a week, and she’s been busy investigating the backyard and barking at the neighbor dogs (or any dog that she can hear), or the squirrels who have the temerity to enter the territory.  We are having some very nice sunny days, which naturally drew Thumper outside.  And wherever Timmy goes, Lassie follows.

Tad is actually really happy to have Talli here, and keeps asking, “When I get home from school, Talli will be here?”  I’m sure if Talli understood his words, she would feel very loved.
