Rerun, Patriot

Rerun is a notoriously poor loser.  (Thanks, ADHD!)  He’s gotten a little better with age, camp, and the application of medication, but he is FIERCELY for his teams.

The now-finished Winter Olympics was no exception.

When the women’s hockey gold medal match between the United States and Canada was played, Rerun was absolutely glued to it – and it was being shown live, so we didn’t know how this was going to end and could just send him to bed.

And then the game went into overtime, and then ended with Team USA winning the shootout.  It was after 11 pm, and Rerun was still going strong – and cheering like a madman.

Auntie now thinks that Rerun should play hockey.  I… have reservations about this idea.
