Read Me A Story, Big Sister

Ane put on a dramatic reading of some of Mo Willems’ classics for Thumper at bedtime this last week, which included ones that she loved when she was little, like Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus! and the Elephant and Piggie books.

So Thumper presented me with a Elephant and Piggie book on Sunday afternoon, and I called for his sister.  “Do you see what he brought me?” I asked. “You started this.”

She grinned and took it.  “I’m not even mad!  I’ll read to him.”  Which was good, because I had my hands full with her other two brothers.

But I did get a picture.

Thumper finds Ane’s interpretation of the material absolutely hysterical.
