School Carnival

I can’t believe it, but this is the last preschool carnival that we will attend with one of our boys there are a student.

Our Tuesday evenings are always packed, but Thumper, Tad, and I drove straight back to school from ABA for last night’s carnival.

To Thumper, nothing is better than a pizza slice in one hand and live music being performed by the elementary school’s marimba band on a late spring evening.

Tad, who allowed himself some nostalgia (“My old preschool.  It smells the same.”), was not to be satisfied with one piece of pizza, so we ended up getting some more on our way home.

But the carnival is another sign that the school year is about to end….
