King In His Own Head

It’s the last day of school for the older three!!!

They are very excited, but it’s going to be a very short day – only 2 hours at school.  Ane has already told me that she’s going to come home crying.

Anyway, while we wait for those pictures…

Ane had a final project in English, where she and her group did a scene from “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”  Ane played Oberon, and brought home the crown and scepter that one of the other students had made for her to wear – which was made out of an old set of metal blinds.

Points for creativity and recycling!

Anyway, Rerun fell in love with it and insisted on wearing it himself.

Why the wiffle ball on top of the scepter?

He’s King Felix, that’s why.
