Cabin Fever And Nothing Else

Nothing new has happened around here.

We managed to escape over the weekend, got out to church, stretched our legs a little… only to get socked back in with another snowfall from Sunday to Monday night.

We have tried to have fun.

We’ve tried to do some homework, and some art work (no art classes right now, either)…

… but there has been no therapy for nearly two weeks until today, when I managed to dig out of our cul-de-sac (which has a foot of icy slush and compact snow) and got Tad to speech therapy.  Thumper has been therapy-less for longer now, and is subsisting on a diet of stolen chocolate and stolen iPads.

Ane wants to get to her friends, but the roads are terrible, and even the ones within walking distance aren’t easy to get to, as the snow is covering all the sidewalks or safer walking spots.

We’ve had some of the neighbor kids over to watch movies, just for fun.

The Webmaster hasn’t been able to get in to work because the park & ride wasn’t cleared, or the buses were running restricted routes.  So he’s been working from home.

But school is canceled for tomorrow, which will be the 7th day out of the last nine…. and we are all slowly going mad.
