Friday Flashback

Rerun’s first haircut reminded me of Ane and Tad’s first haircuts.  We didn’t have a digital camera at the time, but here is a scanned photo of Ane’s first haircut – it was just a bang trim:

And there was a whole blog post with pictures about Tad’s first haircut, but here’s how he looked after it was done:

Rerun had his 18 month checkup yesterday, too, and he is in the 95th percentile for height and the 30th percentile for weight.  He’s probably short a pound from his bad bout of tummy bug and vomiting a couple of weeks ago, but according to the numbers, he’s quite wiry.  Which is funny, because I think of him as being so solid.  He also had 4 shots, which was very upsetting to him, but he’s over that now.  He was even in a good enough mood to take some very good portraits at the photo studio in the evening.

The bigger bedroom’s floor is currently being worked on – I will have pictures on Monday!

And it doesn’t seem to be true… but Little Cowgirl is four years old today!  Happy birthday, Little Cowgirl!  Wish we could take you out for a cupcake!
