Woodstock – cannibal!
We were watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving today with the Munchkin and I saw it again. It still disturbs me, even after seeing it countless times.
At the very end, Snoopy and Woodstock sit down for their own Thanksgiving dinner. Snoopy brings out a turkey with trimmings (which begs the question – if he had that on hand, how come he didn’t offer it to Charlie Brown when all the kids showed up unexpectedly? Just a thought…), and he and Woodstock have dinner, break the wishbone, and during the credits, they each have a slice of pumpkin pie.
Woodstock eats turkey. Turkey is a bird. Woodstock is a bird!!!
Something is seriously wrong with this picture…

I know exactly what you mean. I just watched a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving on Youtube. He is eating another bird?!?!?!
Maybe Woodstock is part canary and part vulture; or maybe he’s part Eagle. Either way it does not sound right

There’s nothing wrong w/ that picture. Woodstock’s not a turkey, he’s some other bird, so it’s not cannibalism.
