Yes, we are still alive

Our vacation – and Ane – tried to take us down, but we have emerged victorious, with minimal injuries, lots of souvenirs, over 500 pictures on the digital camera (not all of them good, mind you), and lots of wonderful memories!

Some of those 500 pictures will follow in posts to come, along with my tips for a successful trip to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Knott’s Berry Farm with small children.

For the record, I had a lot of fun. And I also got the Webmaster to promise me that it would not be another 8 years before we returned again.

Now, I have to continue with the laundry. We left with two suitcases and a duffel bag (this does not count carry-ons and personal items), and returned with two suitcases and TWO duffel bags. Good thing Disneyland was having a sale on duffel bags.

More to come – after I finally sleep in my own bed for the first time in a week.
