Gripe of the Day
If you are moving, or if you plan on being somewhere else over the Christmas holidays and would like your cards sent to a different address, it is both WISE and PRUDENT to send out your own cards BEFORE mid-December, so people on your Christmas card list can re-direct your card appropriately.
Also, if you have moved, and people are contacting you for said new address either via Facebook or email, PLEASE RESPOND.

Okay, I know that rant isn’t aimed at me because we talked about cards last week. Does this mean you’re on Facebook, or are you using the Webmaster to send these messages?

For once I haven’t moved since last Christmas. And we got your card yesterday! Thank you! I would have sent ours out by now except that I ordered stamps online from the post office and that was a bad, bad idea. They took a week to send them.
BTW FACEBOOK FACEBOOK FACEBOOK. DO IT. /peer pressure.

This is one of my biggest gripes, also! Especially during this busy time of the year…also, ARRRGHS when the outdated addressed card is returned! I tend to just pitch them in the fireplace! Guess that shows who is important!
