The Closest Thing to a Sick Day

I only FEEL like I was hit by a truck.  I really wasn’t.

What really happened was a case of mastitis, which feels like a case of sudden-onset flu.  Fortunately, my doctor’s office was very kind and called in a prescription for antibiotics, and the Webmaster took a day off to take care of me and fetch those meds.  I had the closest thing to a “sick day” that a mom can have.

I am already feeling miles better than I was, which has the kids feeling better.  When Mom is sick, the world pretty much stops.
