Summer Evenings in the Cul-de-sac

The weather cooled off by ten degrees between Sunday and Monday, thank goodness!  Mid-90’s is just too much for me, even with air conditioning in the living room!

By the time dinner was over and the Webmaster was home, the kids were begging to go outside and ride their bikes.  They did, but Thumper, who is still too little to pedal, roamed around the front yard, drawing with chalk, and posing for pictures.

Eventually, he decided that he wanted to ride.  So he got a lift from Rerun, who was on his tricycle.

It actually worked pretty well, so long as Thumper kept his feet from dragging and Rerun kept pedaling.

Hurray for cooler summer evenings!
