Saturday was Tad’s family party, and if we were to judge by his smiles, he had a great time! There were lots of LEGO gift cards, which he really wanted, but don’t make for great photo ops.  He did get some other fun things…

It’s raining, I said.  Come back inside, I said. And the kid who loves the sensation of rain falling on him said, “So?” I should note that he only likes “gentle” rain. Last Friday, it was pelting down hard, with thunder and lightning, and it wasn’t so fun.  He didn’t want to be outside then!
