Who Needs Pants?

With the weather we are having around here (we’re going to hit the 70’s again by the end of the week!), pants have become optional, apparently.  But shoes – or boots – are still required.

Summer is going to be lots of fun with this one!  I might have to seriously commit to potty training him if he continues thinking that pants are optional.
