Flashback Friday

Yesterday would have been my Ojiichan’s 99th birthday.

That’s him with baby me.  Being the oldest grandchild, I was kind of a big deal when I showed up.

I tried going to the cemetery recently, but thanks to COVID, the columbarium is only open on weekends – and I was there on a Tuesday.  Oh well.  It’s the thought that counts.  And I was definitely thinking of him.

Today, however, IS Baby Cousin’s 5th birthday!  So, happy birthday, Baby Cousin!
