Ahh, marriage

I made Valentine’s Day very easy on the Webmaster this year.

I bought myself a small little jewelry set (when I say small, I mean on sale for $10 at JC Penney’s), handed the Webmaster a Bed, Bath, and Beyond coupon, and told him I wanted a new hand mixer for Valentine’s Day.

My sights are on the KitchenAid 7-speed hand mixer… a big step up from my now-malfunctioning Black & Decker one.

I think the Webmaster wants a backrub and a mushy card for Valentine’s Day.

Can everyone tell we’ve been married for six and a half years now?

KitchenAid does make a nice hand mixer. I think mine is a five-speed.

I’m home with the kids today, who are sick. As my wife was leaving for work I hinted, “Why don’t you take your time coming home today and pick me up a Valentine’s Day Card and a Starbucks Gift Card for Valentine’s Day?”

She agreed to do so. It was so thoughtful of me to remind her that she actually should get ME something this year, wasn’t it?

Yes, we’ve been married for six and a half years too.

    Enjoy your hand mixer.

Justin spontaneously bought me a few little bars of Godiva chocolate for Valentine’s Day.

Of course, he bought them at Barnes and Noble, so he also bought himself a bunch of books. But that’s okay.

Right, just a back rub (wink, wink).
