Steam Cleaned and Germ Free?

So much for plans.

Tad decided to empty the contents of his stomach on the living room carpet last night.  And because he was so busy playing on the XBox, he didn’t even try to make it to the bathroom.  In fact, as we all yelled at him (especially his sister) to GET MOVING, his eyes were still on his game.  So he continued spreading the contents of his stomach on the carpet in the hall.

*groan*

Fortunately, we were able to borrow a carpet steam cleaner from Big Jay and Little Mo’s family (thank you thank you thank you thank you), and while the carpet is wet, at least it is significantly cleaner than it has been in… ever?

Back to Tad.  Poor kid.  Who knows what we’re going to be able to do this weekend now?  He has no fever, so we’re thinking he ate something that has totally wrecked his digestive system (what, we’re not sure.  Everyone else is fine).

In the meantime, if you have plans scheduled with us for this weekend, please stand by.  Thanks.  Hopefully all will be well by the time he gets up this morning.
