Speaking of Cookies….

Yes, the cookie baking is in full swing here.  But I’m not finished yet.

I have to make more macaroons…

… and maybe one more batch of shortbread.  I made both lime with dried cherry (pictured) and orange with dried cranberry.

I have plenty of gingerbread spritz…

… and peppermint snowballs.

I’ve also made at least 4 batches of fudge and gingerbread biscotti.  I’m wiped out on fudge at the moment, between gifting many mini boxes of it to Tad’s teachers and Auntie taking her cut.  Actually, Auntie took a cut of all the cookies.  She was putting together a spread for her fellow teachers at her elementary school, and we all helped her out.

And I have at least three more types of cookies to bake.  And more fudge to make.  I still have cookie plates to put together.

‘Tis the season for me to go crazy!!!
