Rerun Speaks – Halloween Is Close, So….

The Webmaster has really taken over the bulk of the orthodontist appointments during the school year.  Tad doesn’t enjoy it, but he does enjoy the one-on-one time with Dad, plus the treat of going out for breakfast.

However, with Ane finishing up swim team, Tad has had to get up with Ane and the Webmaster, go to swim practice, and then to the orthodontist.  It makes for a VERY early morning for Tad, who isn’t used to it.

So he was long gone when Rerun woke up.

Rerun: “Where’s Tad?”
Me: “He left early with Dad.”
Rerun: “Why?”
Me: “He has an orthodontist appointment before school today.”
Rerun: “Oh. Maybe he’ll come back as a vampire.”
Me: (heavy sigh) “NO, THE ORTHODONTIST IS NOT GOING TO TURN HIM INTO A VAMPIRE.”

I think Rerun was kind of disappointed with my answer.
