Keeping Busy
With less than a week to go, and Tad feeling quite his old spunky self, we’re really having to keep him distracted. Good thing that he finds that eating working on his McQueen laptop quite diverting.
We’re going to lay low over Labor Day weekend, keeping everyone happy until next Thursday. Then we will hop into full school mode. Ane starts school September 10th, and Tad starts school September 15th.
Ane can’t wait to get back to school. Tad has no idea what is ahead of him. I just want to get him out of the cast so we can start to prepare. Everything feels like it is on hold until then.

Little Cousin starts school on Tuesday. She and I are very excited. She loved the open house and gave her teacher a hug, so she’ll do just fine.

Watch out for the cutter it nicked me once or twice when I got my cast off years ago.

It warms my heart to see him playing with that thing!
I was hoping it would be a useful tool in the fight against being restricted.
