The Big 3-0

Well, that’s it. I am officially out of my twenties.

Today is my 30th birthday.

I’m actually okay with being 30. Honestly. It’s easy to say that when you’re the youngest in a group of friends who have all been in their 30’s for a LONG time.

And yes, I’m sure my siblings will tease me. I am the oldest, after all. But they’ve always called me old, so why should it matter now?

But, I’m 30. I’m 30, with a house to clean, laundry to fold, a husband to feed and two children to drive around.

And nine weeks pregnant.
