O Christmas Tree

Our tree, 2009

As I said earlier, our tree is up… actually, it has been for over a week now. But now it really does look like Christmas around here with the rest of the decorations up.

There are some new ornaments on the tree – I’ll try to get pictures of them taken soon.

In the meantime, it’s freezing cold – AGAIN – and some geniuses in the “Puget Sound Clean Air Agency” decided that ONLY our county should have a burn ban in effect. So, no fire, and it’s really not that warm in the house right now. I’m trying to warm it up by baking cookies.

    Burn ban? Someone deserves a nasty email. Just make sure to have some of my favorite cookies ready when we get there! 😉

    We have been have 20 degrees or less here for the past few days, then toss in the Oklahoma wind chill, in other words I feel your pain.
