Art of the Week – Finished Mushroom Gnome

If we were going to be honest, it would be “art of the last 3 weeks,” since this project took a while.

Week one was sculpting, and then the teacher baked them all.

Week two was painting, and then letting them all dry.

Week three involved decorating the sculptures on their mounted bases (the teacher mounted them all for the kids).

Isn’t this little mushroom gnome cute?

He now joins Tad’s growing collection of sculpture….
