Cubbie Kids

I am pleased to say that both kids are doing pretty well in Cubbies. Tad is a challenge because of his speech issues, but generally, he’s doing better than I’d thought he would. A lot of that is attributable to school, and the reinforcement of rules that he’s getting there.

He said his very first verse last night – “Jesus loves me.” Because it is also the Cubbie motto, it’s probably the easiest to learn. Plus, Grandma has taught the kids the sign language for it, so Tad has the signs down for “love” and “me.”

Ane is cruising through her book once again, and earning patches consistently. Her biggest issue in Cubbies is simply minding her own business. It’s shocking, I know.

And yes, both the kids will need orthodontic work in the future.
